At this year’s “Zenica Summer Fest,” performances will include Jelena Rozga, Van Gogh, Rock k̛ o fol, Nikola Rokvić, Peđa Jovanović, Džejla Ramović, Ermin Redžić Bubi, Denial Ahmetović, Laka & Mirela, Nihad Fetić Hakala, Kenan Dervišević, Antonija Čerkez, Zlatan Karić, and Hanad Džehverović.
Additionally, a joint program titled “Day of Bosnian and Herzegovinian Tradition” will be performed by three national associations: Preporod, Napredak, and Prosvjeta.
The program also includes three activities for the youngest attendees: “Walk of Smiles,” “Baby Crawling Contest,” and “Children’s Joy Day.”
On behalf of the technical organizer of the festival, the Public Enterprise Radio-television Zenica, the director of the company and the festival, Nandino Škrbić, addressed the audience. On this occasion, among other things, he stated: “Zenica Summer Fest was initiated in 2018 at the behest of Mayor Fuad Kasumović. Since then, the festival has been on an upward trajectory.”
Festival director Nandino Škrbić expressed gratitude to the partners and friends of the festival and to all who have provided selfless support to the “Zenica Summer Fest.”
The grand opening of the festival is scheduled for Friday, August 4th, this year at 8:30 PM at Kamberovića Polje. Following the opening, the band Van Gogh will hold a solo concert as part of the traditional Motorijada, which, once again this year, is an integral part of the “Zenica Summer Fest.”
The City of Zenica is the patron and organizer of the festival, and the technical realization is handled by the Public Enterprise “RTV Zenica” d.o.o. Zenica.
